To exchange your Cuisinart less satisfactory product, you have to return the product to your local retailer with the full defective product, the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) as well as the warranty card duly completed with your full contact details. Otherwise, you may contact the Cuisinart Customer Service. The product exchange will not extend the initial warranty period.

This warranty excludes damage resulting from:

• a drop or fall
• lack of or poor maintenance or cleaning

• force majeure
• dismantling, maintenance or repairs by unauthorised persons
• and generally any improper use of the product.

In the event that you do not have proof of purchase date, for purposes of this warranty will be the date of manufacture.
